Shipping and returns
Delivery
Free tracked delivery on every UK order, with no minimum. We process orders in 3 to 5 business days and delivery takes a further 9 to 15 business days, so around 12 to 20 business days in total. These are estimates and can occasionally vary. Orders ship from our international fulfilment facility and may be subject to UK import charges. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email us at info@zadahart.com with your order number and we will send you the return address once your return is approved. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer and a 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and waive the fee. Full detail is in our Return and refund policy.
Exchanges
Return the item through our standard return process and place a new order for the size, colour or item you want.
Changing or cancelling
You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that it goes into processing and cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives.
